Reservations & Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $10.00 plus tax per night will be incurred for each additional adult or 2 children in room under 12 years of age.
Maximum occupancy 4 people in a room, Visitors are welcome but must leave by quiet time.
Rates do not include tax. New Hampshire Rooms & Meal Tax is 8%.
No refunds for early departures.
7 day cancellation policy except for Bike Week when a 30 day cancellation policy is in effect.
All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
All Deposits are non refundable.

Pets may not be left unattended in rooms at any time, owners will be asked to leave without refund.
Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
Pets are not allowed on beds or other furniture.
Owners will be charged an additional fee for damages or additional cleaning services incurred to motel property by their pet for destruction of property and or urinating or pooping in the room.
Must be walked in the far back left corner of the dirt parking area. Please use bags provided to scoop your poop and deposit in barrel provided.
